parente semplicità delle architetture che si manifesta al primo sguardo è, in realtà, un dinamico susseguirsi di marmi e stucchi, statue e
motivi decorativi. Questa nuova carta da parati riprende tale concetto di “dettaglio inaspettato”: lo sfondo, costruito su un gioco di grandi
piastrelle di marmo venato, è attraversato orizzontalmente in alto e in basso da una cornice a contrasto con motivo chevron. Ancora una
volta, il rivestimento murale diventa l’occasione per declinare elementi chiave dello stile Armani quali la pietra e il disegno tessile. Il range è
completato da un coordinato stampato a piastrelle marmoree.
The borough of Belgravia, in London, is famous for the white palaces in neoclassical style that express a mood of rigorous elegance. The seeming
simplicity of the architecture, which appears at first glance, is actually a dynamic series of marbles and stuccos, statues and decorative motifs.
This new wallcovering follows this concept of “unexpected detail”: the background, based on a play of large tiles of streaked marble, is crossed
horizontally at the top and at the bottom by a contrasting frame with chevron motif. Once more, the wallcovering becomes the occasion to tran-
sform key elements of the Armani style like stones and the textile design. The range is coordinated with a printed version with marble tiles only.
