ARE CUT BOLTS AVAILABLE?
8 YARD BOLTS NO, packaged and sold in 8 yard increments ONLY.
12 YARD BOLTS YES, once minimum is met, bolt may be cut in 4 yard increments with a one-time cutting fee.
30 YARD BOLTS YES, once minimum is met, bolt may be cut in 5 yard increments with a one-time cutting fee.
Cut charges will not be applied when ordering multiples of the bolt size or over 100 yards.

These will be general guidelines only for 36” wide wallcoverings. Please confirm all measurements with your
professional installer before placing an order as we cannot accept returns for overage.
ESTABLISH AN ACCOUNT - Phillip Jeffries works exculsively with members of the Interior Design trade. To establish an account,

please complete a New Account Form and return it along with a copy of your State Resale Certificate. Please submit forms via fax

or e-mail to customerservice@phillipjeff ries.com.

RETURNS & CLAIMS - Please order accurately as all sales are final and Phillip Jeffries will not accept returns for overage.
Upon receipt of material, carefully inspect all bolts before cutting and hanging. Confirm that you’ve received the correct color,

item and quanity. Should you be dissatisfied with the quality of your goods, contact Phillip Jeffries immediately at (973) 575-5414.

Upon installation, STOP and INSPECT after 3 strips have been hung as no claims are allowed after more than 3 strips have been cut
and hung. Any and all claims must be reported within 30 days of receipt of material.
Claims for labor will not be accepted under any circumstance.

SAMPLING - Memo samples are readily available 24/7 on our website www.phillipjeffries.com. Requests received via the web before
6pm EST are picked and shipped same day, all sample orders sent in to our Customer Service department before 5pm EST will also
be entered, picked and shipped same day. In the event of a rush, expedited options are available, please provide a UPS or FedEx
account number to expedite these orders. Additionally, samples may be ordered and picked up at your local showroom.
